So we waited way too long to commit to this financial undertaking. We did pull the trigger and the Culligan Water System delivers. We got a pre filter, entire house softener and a reverse osmosis under the kitchen sink. The products are modern and deliver exceptional water quality. You get what you pay for. Danny and his sales team are awesome and the Install team rocked it! 5 stars all around. Do it, you have no idea how bad your water is until you get a system from Culligan and taste what real quality water is like.

I was really pleased with Hunter from Culligan. He was polite, professional courteous on time and explained everything he was doing. I really appreciated that he gave me a heads up. He was running a little late. I would work with Hunter again anytime!

This has been kind of life-changing for us. We had an RO system, carbon filter, and water softener installed, and the difference is unreal….Our water tastes amazing, everything feels cleaner, and it’s just such an upgrade overall.Tom was awesome. We are so Grateful for Hunter!!!We have been having low water pressure and had Culigan come out thinking our charcoal filtration system was causing the problem as it was installed 8 years ago. We'll it did need repack g but it didn't fix the problem. After 3 visits and attempts including checking our well pump system, we called Culigan again. Hunter was dis patched figured out the problem with the problem. It was the chlorine injector recycler. We now have great water pressure!!! Hunter was very professional and took the extra time to figure out the problem when others could not.Thank You Hunter, we are very Appreciative!!!!

Culligan has provided great service during this whole process of water testing and installation of both a filter system for our home and an OS system under our sink. Both Matt and Hunter are knowledgeable and personable. Hunter had to come out an extra time and went the extra mile when a few snags occurred in the install. We are very pleased with the service and also with the noticeable water quality difference!

Hunter is great! Have had my reverse osmosis Culligan filter under my kitchen sink for several years with no problems. Recently noticed a small leak and called Alpine Culligan, who sent Hunter over the next day. He found the ball valve that was leaking, had the tools and parts to fix it right now. Calm, knowledgable, and not afraid to get his hands dirty. Thanks Alpine Culligan and thanks Hunter.

Culligan of Carbondale Colorado installed an infrared water treatment system and softener about 10 years ago. Since then Ralph has been servicing the system every year. Its been such a relief to be able to call Culligan and know I’m going to get reliable service way up here in our mountain town.

Demetrio was outstanding. When we they contacted us regarding salt delivery, we told them we would not be home until 3 pm. Demetrio sent a note confirming our arrival and came to the house within 15 minutes. He did not have enough salt on his truck, so he went back to his warehouse, loaded additional salt and came back to the house. Clean, quick, courteous. A pleasure to do business with.

Culligan Water is a very good service because I am handicapped and I love it when the driver comes to the apartment to put the 5 gallon water into the tank for me and I am very appreciative for him doing so

I've had substantial dealings with this Culligan franchise for a year now. My house had old softener and UV equipment in it. My research for what to do started with Culligan in Denver, and they referred me to Carl and Carol. I have almost exclusively dealt with Carol. Even before I agreed to any work being performed, Carol was EXTREMELY helpful. She and Culligan Denver spent time digging up old records to see what was installed at my house and when. Then, Carol came up to my property (which is 15 minutes above Fairplay, so a bit of an ask in the winter) and did water tests. She easily spent 3-4 hours in person and on the phone with me explaining water quality issues so I would have an understanding of why I potentially needed substantial equipment installed. I ended up getting a new softener, new carbon filter, new chlorination tank and some other equipment, due to the level of iron bacteria in the well (normal, but needs to be treated). The water is now clean, without smell, and clear.Carol usually answers my calls immediately, and there have been times where semi-emergencies required me calling her weekends. She always responded in a timely fashion. One of the technicians for the company, Mike, was also very responsive and based upon my lay-person review of his work, it looks very clean and detail oriented.In mountain living, there aren't a plethora of choices for services. That is PARTICULARLY true of water management and well management companies. That means you're kind of floating over the coals and at the whim of limited providers. Even in that environment, Carol never made me feel like she was offering their services on a "take it or leave it" basis, or a "you're lucky to even have us up here" basis. Sure, there have been times where they had to reschedule, but again, if you're living up in the mountains, you need to have a solid sense of understanding and flexibility. There's just a lot of demand and not much supply.This is a real review. I have spent thousands of dollars with this franchise, and I am an intense consumer. I research heavily, price shop, and really dig into issues especially when they are as important and costly as water. I have appreciated Carol and her team at every step of the way.
