Was told I would get service between 12-4. At 12 I got a call from Ralph that he was passing Eagle. He showed up, replaced our filters, let me know what he did, and then went on his way! Fantastic service at a time where it is hard to get good service! Go Culligan and Go Ralph!

Great service. Tom was very professional and thorough with free water test to determine the system I needed for my home. Luke installed my carbon filter, water softer and RO system in short time.

We are new customers withexisting systems. Ralph showed up on time, quickly looked over our systems (whole house filtration, water softener, RO), and very capably changed all filters and ran system test for softener. Very happy with knowledge and capability of Ralph, no problems dealing with unfamiliar systems for the first time.

Culligan of Carbondale Colorado installed an infrared water treatment system and softener about 10 years ago. Since then Ralph has been servicing the system every year. Its been such a relief to be able to call Culligan and know I’m going to get reliable service way up here in our mountain town.

Demetrio was outstanding. When we they contacted us regarding salt delivery, we told them we would not be home until 3 pm. Demetrio sent a note confirming our arrival and came to the house within 15 minutes. He did not have enough salt on his truck, so he went back to his warehouse, loaded additional salt and came back to the house. Clean, quick, courteous. A pleasure to do business with.

Amazing product and incredible service. Couldn’t be happier!!! We have a well filter and a RO system and a softener that had been unattended since the last owner left the home. System needed a quick check up and the tech went all the way through and did an amazing job. The equipment is fabulous and durable. Best water we have had in 20 years.

Culligan Water is a very good service because I am handicapped and I love it when the driver comes to the apartment to put the 5 gallon water into the tank for me and I am very appreciative for him doing so

I've had substantial dealings with this Culligan franchise for a year now. My house had old softener and UV equipment in it. My research for what to do started with Culligan in Denver, and they referred me to Carl and Carol. I have almost exclusively dealt with Carol. Even before I agreed to any work being performed, Carol was EXTREMELY helpful. She and Culligan Denver spent time digging up old records to see what was installed at my house and when. Then, Carol came up to my property (which is 15 minutes above Fairplay, so a bit of an ask in the winter) and did water tests. She easily spent 3-4 hours in person and on the phone with me explaining water quality issues so I would have an understanding of why I potentially needed substantial equipment installed. I ended up getting a new softener, new carbon filter, new chlorination tank and some other equipment, due to the level of iron bacteria in the well (normal, but needs to be treated). The water is now clean, without smell, and clear.Carol usually answers my calls immediately, and there have been times where semi-emergencies required me calling her weekends. She always responded in a timely fashion. One of the technicians for the company, Mike, was also very responsive and based upon my lay-person review of his work, it looks very clean and detail oriented.In mountain living, there aren't a plethora of choices for services. That is PARTICULARLY true of water management and well management companies. That means you're kind of floating over the coals and at the whim of limited providers. Even in that environment, Carol never made me feel like she was offering their services on a "take it or leave it" basis, or a "you're lucky to even have us up here" basis. Sure, there have been times where they had to reschedule, but again, if you're living up in the mountains, you need to have a solid sense of understanding and flexibility. There's just a lot of demand and not much supply.This is a real review. I have spent thousands of dollars with this franchise, and I am an intense consumer. I research heavily, price shop, and really dig into issues especially when they are as important and costly as water. I have appreciated Carol and her team at every step of the way.

We had a water softener install a few weeks ago and love it. Everyone was great to deal with from Randy who tested our water and the installer was top notch and very polite.

Our HOA has done business with Culligan Water of Carbondale for many years. Recently they helped up with a mechanical issue and also delivery of salt. We can count on them for prompt, friendly service.

I had a limited time frame with which to schedule my initial appointment since my husband and I were only going to be in town for a few days. We were very grateful that we were accommodated, especially during these difficult times. The sales person was very thorough in his explanation of options. The installation service was within a week of acceptance of the estimate since they had my system in stock. The water provided for our home is very hard and I could not even wash one load without a film being left on the dishes. So we are happy to have our new filtration system and happy that service was quick.

Culligan responded to my request to hook up my new RO faucet and change my filters very quickly. The representative that visited the house had a very “can do” attitude although he needed to make some adjustments to the standard install. I’m signing up for their annual service so my system will be worry-free.

We had a bit of a slow start due to COVID, but have been very happy with the installation of our soft water & Reverse Osmosis systems. Most importantly, the responsiveness of the staff & the timeliness of the service have been outstanding.

These are some of the best people that you'll ever do business with. Do what they recommend, it will be perfect and probably last longer than you. They'll show up the next year and change all your filters to keep your system running perfectly and producing the best water. I would give 10 stars.

I had a great experience with Alpine Culligan for my softener and reverse osmosis system install. Carl helped answer all of my questions about how the system worked and completed the install in one day. He was very kind and went above and beyond on customer service!
